Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University, Detroit Michigan, in the Interior Architecture College

Full service interior designer working in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area for over thirty years, specializing in kitchen, bath, entertainment and wet bar cabinetry, in remodeling projects and new builds. Expertise in space planning, color coordination, complete product specification which includes flooring, tile, carpet, appliances, countertops, plumbing, and fixtures. Experience in full scope project management working with the homeowner, contractors, and builders.

Janice Rawlings A.A.S., ASID
An Arizona native, Janice spent her growing up years in Paradise Valley. In her spare time she enjoys riding, taking care of her horses, and spending time with friends and family at her home in Chandler. Janice became fascinated with the process of creating beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. Because of this interest, Janice was motivated to go back to school and earn her A.A.S. degree in Interior Design. Since that time Janice has gained a broad range of experience in creating wonderful kitchens & baths.

Janice enjoys the process of working with clients to understand their needs and to help them identify what type of design they are looking for. Once this is accomplished Janice is able to use her skills to create a plan for them using her drafting, space planning, and advanced cabinetry layout experience.

The primary objective Janice has is to develop the perfect look and style for her clients whether a remodel project or a new home. Janice loves to work with her clients to bring their visions to reality. She has traveled throughout Europe, and this experience has really aided Janice to better understand European history and it’s influence on architecture and design.

Cindy Titus
You might describe Cindy as an Air Force Brat. During her fathers career they lived all over the world. Recently Cindy relocated to Arizona from Southern California. She is still getting used to the climate in the Arizona desert. Having lived in many exotic places and traveled the world Cindy has been able to study various cultures, and this gives her many influences to draw upon in her designs. In her free time, Cindy loves to travel. Recently she has been to Poland, Greece, Michigan, & New Mexico.

Cindy decided to study interior design in college. She discovered a very specialized interest in kitchens and baths while working for a cabinet manufacturer in Colorado. Cindy brings to Stradling's Fine Cabinetry more than 25 years worth of construction and design experience. At Stradlings, she finds a true gratification in being able to watch a total unique concept come to life. Experience in both commercial and residential applications, space planning, product specification, and project management gives Cindy a unique approach to her jobs. She believes that details make the difference between the “ordinary” and “fabulous”. One of Cindy’s strengths is effective communication between designer and homeowner which helps her jobs run smoothly and creates happy clients.
